Tessaron Industries is a fictional company — a synthetic enterprise used to demonstrate PIE by Nu10.

05 / THE SYNTHETIC ENTERPRISE

How Tessaron runs

We run on simulated ERP, supplier, planning, warehouse and transport systems, with our own clock, orders, suppliers and shipments.

Qualification status stays separate from a recovery decision

An approved supplier has a released qualification for a specific packaging material or ingredient and its use. A supplier under review remains unapproved for purchasing.

When a packaging delivery is delayed, we do not bypass that distinction to make the order plan look complete.

An illustrative packaging delay follows a recorded recovery sequence

Illustrative scenario, not a customer case study or a performance claim.

  1. 01

    Detection

We read the changed delivery commitment from the simulated supplier system.

  2. 02

    Impact

We identify the packaging, filling plans, customer orders and shipments affected.

  3. 03

    Options

We review available stock, approved alternatives and changes to the order plan. An unapproved supplier is not a purchasing alternative until qualification is released.

  4. 04

    Approval

We check delegated limits and obtain the required approval before execution.

  5. 05

    Execution

PIE applies the approved decision to the simulated ERP, supplier, planning, warehouse or transport systems.

  6. 06

    Verification

We check the resulting orders, plans and shipments against the approved decision and record the outcome.
